Women who lead in their communities and workplace have unique challenges solely based on their position or platform. As your life [CANVAS] coach, I take pride in creating a trusting relationship and providing a depth of understanding that as a high achiever, you may find difficult to obtain elsewhere. Together we will use creative experiences to explore beyond your accomplishments and titles. We will identify and exercise YOUR creative abilities as a way to tackle feelings of discontent, frustration, conflict, guilt, or uncertainty that may be prohibiting you from "living out loud" despite your many successes. You will be encouraged to move past the image and demands of others, own all of who you are, and celebrate The Woman You Are Becoming. Let's do the heart work together and CREAT. Your way to wellness.

"I believe that coaches should inspire and create hope in their clients. When a person doesn't understand how, it is good to have someone to help. Not to tell you what to do but to help explore the possibilities, gain clarity, and grow. This is what Tracy did for me. I would highly recommend her program to anyone who needs that push and guidance to do what they know is in their heart to do to fulfill their purpose in this world. When I just wasn’t sure she would ask if she could offer suggestions. She was never demanding or prideful. She displayed humility and great understanding not only for my professional life but also to my personal life. She is a great listener also!"

"The transparency of this evening allowed me to “unpack” a few things from my “bag”.
Tracy @ Heart Hues masterfully created a space in her beautiful home for an intimate group of ladies to relate and reflect on a personal level that was so “God” centered. The theme was “What are we carrying” hence the bag(s) paintings...each woman was given the opportunity to personally reflect and share to their level of comfort. Something very special was renewed during this experience. Thank You My Friend for being a vessel yet again....if you’re ever in need of personal coaching & development in a healthy creative environment Tracy is highly recommended!"

"Tracy, I wanted to share what a blessing it was to be involved in your coaching program. It was a very intricate part of helping to move from that thing in my past that kept me stuck. The tools we used helped to quickly pinpoint a specific issue as a hindrance and I got the support I needed to overcome and soar. I truly believe that is why God had you in my life. I have shared with so many others the benefits of your program and working with you. Thank you again for all that you do!"

"Working with Tracy has been nothing short of remarkable. Her compassion and energy have me looking forward to our coaching sessions. She creates an experience in which I feel extremely comfortable and safe. The questions she poses are very thought-provoking and has a way of causing you to think outside the box. Also, her down to earth nature; sincere, and shoot straight from the hip approach has been a great fit for me. After only a few sessions I began noticing a shift in my perspective and a level of clarity that I hadn't experienced before. I am excited to see where this journey will take me."
In "Left But Not Lost" I share seven of the most impactful, heartfelt, life-shaping lessons I learned about recovery and resilience during the darkest moment of my life. My prayer is that if you or someone you know is in this place my message will serve as a faith-filled guide and encouragement during this trying time
